Welcome to The Kashmir Poetics. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of biannual print and ebook magazine from our official website— kashmirpoetics.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to update them at any time. Check this page regularly.
- Orders and Availability
Magazines are released biannually (twice a year). Pre-orders ship on or around the release date.All orders are subject to availability. We may cancel orders if stock runs out, with full refund of payment. Prices include taxes but exclude shipping, unless displayed at checkout.
- Product Description
We strive for accurate images and descriptions, but colors may vary due to printing and screens. Magazines contain poetry, literature, and cultural content focused on art—suitable for adult readers. This is a journal of works of art. The contents do not necessarily reflect the views of its editors.
- Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times vary by location (e.g., 3-7 days within India, 7-14 days internationally).We partner with reliable couriers; track your order via the confirmation email. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- Payment
We accept UPI, major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets via secure payment processors.Full payment is due at checkout. Ownership transfers upon shipment.
- Returns and Refunds
No refunds for any reason, including change of mind, once the order is placed. Refunds will be considered only if the stocks have run out. Digital previews or samples are non-returnable.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Kashmir Poetics is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).Total liability won’t exceed your order value.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes resolved in courts of Srinagar, J&K.
