Shipping Policy

The Kashmir Poetics ships biannually print magazine worldwide from Srinagar, Kashmir, India. We partner with reliable couriers like India Post, DTDC, or FedEx to ensure safe delivery of your print issues. We do not ship to countries where shipping is forbidden by the government.

Shipping Times and Costs 

Within India: 3-7 business days. Flat fee of ₹40-100 (displayed at checkout). 

International: 7-14 business days. Flat fee starting at ₹800 (varies by zone) 

Pre-orders for new bimonthly issues ship on or around release date—expect 4-6 weeks for your first copy.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Times may vary due to weather, strikes, or customs.

Order Tracking

Receive a confirmation email with tracking details once shipped.

Track via the courier’s portal using the provided link.

Delivery and Risk

Deliveries occur Monday-Saturday, 9 AM-7 PM.

Risk transfers to you upon handover to the carrier.

Provide a complete, accessible address—changes accepted only before shipment.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Inspect packages on arrival. If damaged, refuse delivery or note it with the courier and email support@thekashmirpoetics.com within 48 hours (include photos).

We’ll replace at no cost (if stock available) or offer store credit per our no-refund Terms.

For delays/losses, we’ll reship, credit, or refund payment (rare cases only).

Customs and Duties

International buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or fees. We mark packages as “printed materials” at current value.
