No Refunds: All sales of our biannual magazine are final—no refunds for any reason, including change of mind. Refunds will be considered only if the stocks run out. 

Returns Only for Damage: We accept returns solely for damaged or defective products. Contact support@thekashmirpoetics.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.
